The Original by Motul category corresponds to a race format open to Rally 2 Moto riders without assistance, who do not have any registered support crew during the race and/or in Assistance, and is subject to the application of a specific sports regulation.
The organization commits to taking on the role of a support team for the riders in this category by providing the following resources:

1 individual 80-liter box (provided by the Organizer) to contain the rider's personal belongings, spare parts, tools, and accessories

Free use of generators, compressors, and toolboxes

Access to a box with a power strip for charging airbag vests, phones/batteries

Access to a box with cold drinks

Transport of the following equipment: 1 box, 1 complete wheel set (rim + tires), 4 pairs of tires, 1 tent, 1 travel bag, 1 ground mat, 1 motorcycle lift, 1 travel bag

Motul, a major partner of the Dakar, wishes to support the Riders of this Challenge and will provide for each rider the following items:

1 sleeping tent – 2 persons (2 seconds format)

1 floor mat

1 environmental carpet

1 motorcycle jack

1 motorbike cover

1 travel bag, 90 L

1 backpack, 25 L

1 health kit (muscle gel, wipes, disinfecting gel, ear plugs, sleeping mask, spray sunscreen)
The delivery of this equipment will be defined at a later stage.
The Riders will also be supplied by Motul with products from its motorcycle range (all oils, greases, cleaners and lubricants, etc.).
