Important

For each application file, A.S.O. will only be able to accept one payer.  This payer will make all of the payments. It is not possible for two different entities to pay for the same application file.

Only one invoice will be drawn up, after the rally, bearing the name and address of the payer who has made all of the payments.

The payments for the race and/or for assistance must be made by SWIFT bank transfer. The application file number (D46, etc.) must appear in the reason for payment. Please also send a copy of the official proof of the transfer order to the Competitors’ Department.

The application file submission and registration will only be validated upon receipt of official proof of your bank transfer corresponding to the first due payment. The validity of the prices will also depend on the date that the payment is received.

For Motorbike and Quad categories, the first payment of €5,000 is compulsory before 20 July 2023 to enter the selection process.

If the application file is not chosen during the selection process, the full amount paid will be refunded.

A.S.O. reserves the right not to validate registrations which have not been paid in full before 21 October 2023. Failure to comply with payment deadlines will result in a 10% surcharge on the amounts due.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation before 20/09/2023: €3,000 will be withheld for administrative fees.

Cancellation after 20/09/2023: 100% of the amounts due at the deadline will be invoiced and claimed.

Cancellation due to Covid-19: the full amounts paid will be refunded.

In the event of serious medical issues, A.S.O. will consider the possibility of a partial reimbursement (complete original medical file to be provided) upon request (official letter with acknowledgement of receipt). €3,000 in fees will be withheld initially.
