A.S.O. collects Your Personal Data to allow You to apply to Dakar.
When You are a competitor, We shall transfer Your Personal Data to Host countries’ local providers which will be in charge of Dakar organization and logistics, on one hand; and, in the other hand, to the local Official Authorities to comply with their Home Security requirements. Because of the deficiency of Data Protection law in Dakar’s Host countries, A.S.O. is neither able to guarantee that Your Personal Data will be processed following an adequate level of protection nor can We be held as Your intermediary when You exercise our Data Subject’s rights.
Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and to Article 40-1 of the Data Protection Act n° 78/17 on information technology, Data files and Civil liberties, as amended on June 2018, You are entitled to exercise Your rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing, object to a processing, ask for Data portability. You are also allowed to leave instructions about how You want to exercise Your post-mortem right. You can exercise all Your rights by filling this form out.
You cannot request someone else to exercise Your GDPR rights on Your behalf. You have the right to lodge a complaint before the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL) if You consider that We have not acknowledged Your Data Privacy rights.
