You will find below licences required to enter the Dakar and Dakar Classic 2024.

A 2024 licence is required for each category. Applications for 2024 licences will begin in December 2023 with your ASN (National Federation).

Please note: The licence will be verified at the final administrative checks in Al-Ula.

الدراجات النارية / الدراجات رُباعية العجلات

Each participant in the FIM categories must hold an international FIM 2024 licence.

السيارات / تي3 / سايد باي سايد / الشاحنات

Category T1 / T2 : the ITC-R 2024 licence is compulsory

Category T2 / T3 / T4 / Truck : the ITD-R 2024 or ITC-R 2024 licence is compulsory

The ITC-R licence can only be obtained if the licence-holder has held an ITD-R licence and has taken part in 5 races with this licence.

 This year, the Dakar Classic is on the national calendar of the Saudi federation (SAMF). This allows foreign competitors to race with one of the two following licenses, which must be obtained from their own national federation:

• A 2024 national grade license for road necessarily accompanied by a written authorization from their national federation to race abroad

OR

• A 2024 international grade license for regularity events necessarily accompanied by a written authorization from their national federation to race abroa
